Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 6, 2026

Last Updated: October 6, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Stay Hip Parent and the services available through stayhipparent.com.

Stay Hip Parent is a brand operated by Craz Cre8ives L.L.C, a Mississippi limited liability company.

By using our website, subscribing to our communications, purchasing a service, or otherwise using Stay Hip Parent, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your use of the service.

If you purchase a paid service, you may also be asked to confirm your agreement to these Terms and our Refund Policy during checkout.

Eligibility

Stay Hip Parent is designed for parents, guardians, and other adults.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services or submit information through a Personalized Parent Briefing intake process.

Children should not purchase services, complete intake forms, or submit personal information directly to Stay Hip Parent.

If you provide information about a child, you represent that you are legally permitted to provide that information and that the information is being submitted for a lawful purpose.

Our Services

Stay Hip Parent provides educational and informational resources designed to help parents better understand the social, cultural, technological, and digital world surrounding their children.

Our current services may include:

The Stay Hip Parent Brief
A free email publication that helps parents understand timely trends, language, technology, platforms, conversations, and culture affecting young people.

Personalized Parent Briefing
A customized digital briefing based on information provided by a parent or guardian.

Personalized Parent Briefings are typically delivered within 3 business days after we receive your completed intake.

If we need additional information from you before beginning or completing the briefing, the delivery timeframe may begin once the requested information is received.

Private Parent Strategy Session
A Personalized Parent Briefing plus a private 30-minute live video session with a Stay Hip Parent Briefing Specialist.

The Personalized Parent Briefing is generally prepared before the live session so the session can focus on the parent’s specific questions and situation.

Private sessions are not recorded by default. If recording is ever proposed, we will request permission first.

Educational and Informational Purpose

Stay Hip Parent provides educational and informational context.

Our website, publications, Personalized Parent Briefings, and Private Parent Strategy Sessions are not medical, mental-health, legal, therapeutic, diagnostic, or emergency services.

Nothing provided by Stay Hip Parent should be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional when professional assistance is appropriate.

If you believe a child or another person is in immediate danger, contact appropriate emergency services or qualified professionals.

Not a Monitoring or Surveillance Service

Stay Hip Parent is not a surveillance, spying, hacking, monitoring, or account-access service.

We do not provide tools or instructions intended to secretly access another person’s accounts, bypass passwords, defeat privacy protections, or unlawfully monitor someone.

Our purpose is to help parents understand context, trends, technology, language, relationships, social dynamics, and other influences affecting their child’s world.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for deciding how to use the information we provide and for respecting applicable laws and healthy privacy boundaries.

Information You Provide

When purchasing or using a Personalized Parent Briefing or Private Parent Strategy Session, you agree to provide information that is reasonably accurate and relevant to the service.

Please do not provide information that Stay Hip Parent does not need.

In particular, do not send us a child’s passwords, account credentials, government identification numbers, exact home address, exact date of birth, medical or therapy records, or unnecessary collections of private messages.

You retain ownership of information you submit.

You give Stay Hip Parent permission to use the information you provide only as reasonably necessary to prepare, deliver, administer, support, and maintain records relating to the service you requested, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

Our current paid services include:

Personalized Parent Briefing — currently offered at $39.

Private Parent Strategy Session — currently offered at $99 and includes the Personalized Parent Briefing plus a private 30-minute live video session.

Prices may change in the future. A price change will not change the price of an order that has already been completed and confirmed.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Stay Hip Parent does not need to receive or store your full payment-card number when payment information is handled directly by a payment provider.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method used for your purchase.

Applicable taxes, if any, may be added or handled as required by law.

Delivery of Personalized Parent Briefings

Personalized Parent Briefings are typically delivered within 3 business days after we receive your completed intake.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by incomplete information, unusual research requirements, technical issues, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If additional information is required from you, the delivery timeframe may begin once that information is received.

Briefings may be delivered electronically using email, a downloadable document, or another reasonable digital-delivery method.

Private Parent Strategy Sessions

Private Parent Strategy Sessions include a Personalized Parent Briefing and a private 30-minute live video session.

Scheduling instructions will be provided after the applicable purchase and briefing process.

Sessions may be scheduled and delivered using third-party scheduling, calendar, or video-conferencing services.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, selecting an available time, confirming the correct time zone, and having a working device and internet connection for the session.

Private sessions are not recorded by default.

Stay Hip Parent may refuse to record a session and will not intentionally record a private session without appropriate notice and permission.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Personalized Parent Briefings are customized digital services.

Once your completed intake has been submitted and work on the Personalized Parent Briefing has begun, the purchase is final and non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

Private Parent Strategy Sessions are non-refundable.

A Private Parent Strategy Session may be rescheduled one time if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session.

Missed sessions and cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund or complimentary reschedule.

If Stay Hip Parent is unable to fulfill a purchased service, we may provide an appropriate replacement, reschedule, credit, or refund as circumstances require.

We will correct legitimate billing errors.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including applicable rights provided by law or payment-card network rules.

For complete details, please review our Refund Policy.

Information Changes Quickly

Social platforms, apps, slang, gaming communities, AI tools, youth culture, online behavior, and digital trends can change rapidly.

Stay Hip Parent makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and current information, but we cannot guarantee that every statement, interpretation, feature description, trend, or recommendation will remain complete or current at all times.

A Personalized Parent Briefing is based on the information available to us and the context provided by the parent or guardian at the time the briefing is prepared.

Our interpretations are intended to provide context, not certainty about what a particular behavior, phrase, app, relationship, or activity means for every child.

Your Decisions and Responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use the information provided by Stay Hip Parent.

You agree not to use our website, briefings, sessions, or materials to violate another person’s rights, unlawfully access accounts or devices, harass another person, or engage in illegal activity.

Stay Hip Parent does not control a child’s behavior, third-party platforms, online communities, schools, other individuals, or external technology services.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for decisions involving their family.

Stay Hip Parent Content

The Stay Hip Parent website, branding, written content, graphics, research presentation, briefing formats, educational materials, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Craz Cre8ives L.L.C and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

When you purchase a Personalized Parent Briefing, you receive a limited license to use that briefing for your personal and family use.

You may save, print, and share your briefing within your household or with a professional who is helping your family.

You may not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, commercially exploit, or create competing products from Stay Hip Parent materials without written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Stay Hip Parent intellectual property to you.

Third-Party Services

Stay Hip Parent may rely on third-party providers for services such as website hosting, email delivery, payment processing, scheduling, video conferencing, storage, forms, security, and other business operations.

Those third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Stay Hip Parent is not responsible for outages, interruptions, policy changes, or technical problems caused solely by third-party services that we do not control.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms where applicable.

Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting information for a Personalized Parent Briefing or other service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stay Hip Parent services and content are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly current.

We do not guarantee any particular parenting outcome, behavioral result, family outcome, or result from acting on information provided by Stay Hip Parent.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Craz Cre8ives L.L.C and Stay Hip Parent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the website or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim directly relating to a purchased service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate or restrict nonwaivable consumer rights.

Refusal or Termination of Service

We may refuse, suspend, or discontinue service when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving unlawful conduct, abuse, threats, harassment, misuse of our services, payment problems, attempts to compromise our systems, or requests that would require us to engage in unlawful or inappropriate activity.

If Stay Hip Parent cancels a paid service that we have not fulfilled and the cancellation is not caused by your violation of these Terms, we will address the unfulfilled purchase appropriately, which may include a refund, replacement, or other reasonable resolution.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact Stay Hip Parent first so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms requires mandatory arbitration or waives any right that cannot legally be waived.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services, technology, business practices, or legal obligations change.

When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

For material changes affecting a purchased service, we will use reasonable methods to provide notice when appropriate.
