Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 6, 2026

Last Updated: October 6, 2026

Your privacy matters to Stay Hip Parent.

Stay Hip Parent is a brand operated by Craz Cre8ives L.L.C, a Mississippi limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and handle information when you visit stayhipparent.com, subscribe to the Stay Hip Parent Brief, contact us, purchase a service, submit information for a Personalized Parent Briefing, or participate in a Private Parent Strategy Session.

Stay Hip Parent is designed for parents, guardians, and other adults. Our goal is to collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide our services while respecting the privacy of families and children.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Stay Hip Parent, we may collect:

Contact Information

Your name, email address, and information you voluntarily provide when subscribing, contacting us, purchasing a service, or communicating with us.

Purchase and Transaction Information

Information related to purchases, orders, payment status, refunds, and transaction history. Payment-card information may be processed directly by our payment-processing providers rather than stored by Stay Hip Parent.

Personalized Briefing Information

If you purchase a Personalized Parent Briefing or Private Parent Strategy Session, we may ask you, as the parent or guardian, for limited information that helps us understand your situation. This may include your child’s approximate age or age range, interests, apps or platforms used, gaming or social interests, behaviors or changes you have noticed, questions, concerns, and other context you voluntarily choose to provide.

Communications

Information contained in messages you send to us, including customer-support, billing, media, partnership, privacy, or other inquiries.

Website and Technical Information

Our website and service providers may process basic technical information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the website, such as device, browser, IP address, page activity, and similar technical data.

Please Don’t Send Sensitive Information We Don’t Need

Stay Hip Parent is built around data minimization. We do not need a child’s full legal name, exact date of birth, home address, school address, passwords, account credentials, government identification numbers, medical or therapy records, or large collections of private messages to provide a Personalized Parent Briefing.

Please do not submit that information unless Stay Hip Parent specifically determines that particular information is necessary and provides an appropriate way to submit it.

Never send us a child’s passwords or account credentials.

How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Deliver the Stay Hip Parent Brief and other communications you request.

  • Process and manage purchases.

  • Create and deliver Personalized Parent Briefings.

  • Prepare for and provide Private Parent Strategy Sessions.

  • Respond to questions, customer-service requests, billing issues, media inquiries, partnerships, and privacy requests.

  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and services.

  • Prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse.

  • Maintain appropriate business and transaction records.

  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

Children’s and Family Privacy

Stay Hip Parent is an adult-facing service. We do not invite children to create accounts, purchase services, complete Personalized Parent Briefing intake forms, or submit personal information directly to us.

Information about a child that is relevant to a Personalized Parent Briefing is provided by a parent or guardian.

We intentionally limit the child-related information we request and encourage parents to share only what is reasonably necessary for the service.

If we learn that a child under 13 has submitted personal information directly to Stay Hip Parent without appropriate involvement from a parent or guardian, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

Personalized Briefings and Technology

Stay Hip Parent may use carefully selected technology and AI-assisted tools to help organize information, retrieve relevant research, prepare drafts, format content, and support our internal workflow.

Technology does not replace our responsibility for the final service. Personalized Parent Briefings are intended to use current research and human quality review before delivery.

We seek to minimize identifying information when using technology providers and do not intentionally use child-related intake information to train public general-purpose AI models.

We do not use Personalized Parent Briefing intake information for advertising profiles.

How We Share Information

Stay Hip Parent does not sell personal information.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the business, such as website hosting, email delivery, payment processing, scheduling, video conferencing, data storage, security, automation, and other business-support services.

These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by their applicable terms and privacy obligations.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, prevent fraud or abuse, protect rights or safety, or address a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not send Personalized Parent Briefing intake information to advertising platforms for targeted advertising.

Email Communications

If you subscribe to the Stay Hip Parent Brief or other marketing communications, you may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

Transactional or service-related messages, such as purchase confirmations, briefing delivery messages, scheduling information, or responses to requests you send us, may still be sent when necessary to provide the service you requested.

Cookies and Website Technology

Stay Hip Parent and the service providers that support our website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for website functionality, security, performance, and basic measurement.

If we later introduce additional analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies that require additional disclosures or choices, we will update our practices and this Privacy Policy as appropriate.

We do not intentionally use information submitted through a Personalized Parent Briefing intake form to create advertising profiles.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide our services, maintain appropriate business and transaction records, resolve disputes, protect the business, and comply with legal obligations.

Because Personalized Parent Briefings may involve information about a child provided by a parent or guardian, we aim to minimize how long identifiable child-related context is retained once it is no longer reasonably needed for the service.

Financial, transaction, tax, and other legally required business records may be retained longer than personalized child-context information.

How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information in our care.

However, no website, email system, storage system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use care when deciding what information to submit online.

Your Choices

You may contact us to ask questions about the personal information associated with you, request corrections, request deletion where appropriate, or ask about our privacy practices.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain privacy-related requests.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the message.

Third-Party Services

Our website and services may contain links to or rely on third-party services. Those third parties have their own privacy practices and policies.

Stay Hip Parent is not responsible for the privacy practices of websites or services we do not control. We encourage you to review the privacy information provided by those services when appropriate.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Stay Hip Parent grows, our services change, or legal and technology requirements evolve.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date shown at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or other appropriate means.
